Zain & Betna Akhdar Training Program 2024

A community development initiative in partnership between Zain and the Baitna Akhdar (بيتنا أخضر) initiative, focused on sustainable home agriculture and environmental sustainability. The 2024 program has concluded.

Implementation approach

The program ran through hands-on training workshops led by the Zain sustainability team in direct partnership with Betna Akhdar, combining theory with field application in participants' own home spaces.

    Setting objectives and designing the curriculum jointly between Zain and Betna Akhdar.

  2. Hands-on workshops

    Intensive sessions on sustainable home farming and urban agriculture techniques.

  3. Field application

    Participants applying what they learned in their own home spaces.

    Assessing the program's impact and documenting results with participants.

The Zain and Baitna Akhdar training program was a dedicated community development initiative focused on sustainable home agriculture and environmental sustainability. While the 2024 program has concluded, it featured intensive practical training on cultivating sustainable green spaces, urban farming techniques, and eco-friendly home living.

The initiative was spearheaded by the Zain KSA Sustainability Team in direct partnership with the Baitna Akhdar environmental initiative, through workshops aimed at giving participants actionable skills to support both the environment and local economic development.
