We started with a simple idea: every Sudanese home with a small garden producing part of its own food.

Ali Diab founded the initiative in late 2020 in Kas, growing it from a small volunteer group into a community of thousands of members across Sudan.
Day-to-day work rests on volunteers across several states, covering content, design, field outreach, and coordination with projects and partner nurseries.
